如被封号，<mark style="color:red;">**不要注册下一个账号**</mark>，联系[**Meta支持中心**](https://www.meta.com/zh-cn/help/support/)提交申诉解封(中文回复)，解封需要提供你的**Oculus设备序列号(serial number)**，如果是**亚马逊购买的**且还未到货，可以提供**亚马逊订单号**进行申诉

### 序列号位置

序列号为机身二维码下方的代码\
Rift S: 将面罩拆下之后在右侧即可看见\
Q1: 位于右侧头带内侧，直接可以看见\
Q2: 位于头显左侧头带，拆下固定外壳即可看见

选择：\
账户>使用Quest设备>Meta账户帮助>\
我需要帮助来设置我的 Meta 帐户>\
拉到下面>这并未能解决我的问题>\
填写你**可以使用的邮箱 & 姓名**\
标题任意，然后填写详细信息

#### 申诉范本

由于居住在中国大陆，需要使用代理服务器访问Facebook
注册Facebook账户时，账户被停用
请求解除账户封禁，谢谢
